Analysis of digital training platforms of universities: domestic and foreign experience

چکیده

The purpose of the study . Assessment impact COVID-19 pandemic on quality education based a implementation e-learning technologies using digital platforms in both foreign and Kazakhstani universities. Methodology Problems related to online learning possible solutions were identified retrospective comparative analysis Kazakhstan scientific research. Scientific literature search was carried out large databases: Researchgate, Springer, ScienceDirect. During search, 481 articles found that matched entered parameters. Given inclusion exclusion criteria, 465 papers screened out, remaining 16 sent for analysis. Originality / value research Along with identifying barriers introduction e-learning, main factors during influenced effectiveness educational process. revealed create sustainable competitive advantages are tool modernizing Findings As result study, most significant technological knowledge management, as well level readiness universities, teachers students implement identified.
